RETURN POLICY

Return request must be received within 7 day’s from the date that merchandise was received.

Returned merchandise should include the original packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags still attached.

Once we receive the return package, with the item(s) in original condition and the original tags attached, your web credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

 

STORE CREDIT ONLY

If you are not delighted with your purchase, we will be more than happy to make an exchange or issue a store credit, (including SALE items) of the initial amount of your purchase before shipping and handling. Once an item has been purchased using a store credit it is no longer applicable for return, it is considered as final sale unless is requested via email orders@palmasboutique.com.

Please note that we are offering a complimentary consultation before making any purchase. It will be our pleasure to go over all details regarding the items you are interested, that sometimes picture may not be able to present fully. We will also go over all your personal measurements to make sure you are receiving what you need.
