Shipments are sent from Belgrade, Serbia.
Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within two business days. Orders placed on national holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding national holidays). A shipment e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provide once the order ships. Customer will be provided with the tracking number, so he can “track and trace” his order anytime he likes. For tracking, please follow the link.
Palmas Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier.
Possible delays in transportation of the shipment as well as public holidays are not included in the delivery period, We are not to be held accountable for any unexpected delays.

There is also an express delivery option for deliveries by 12:00, in which case the customer is required to notify the sender (Palmas Boutique) by filling out the ‘order/delivery notes’ box in the Billing Details sections.
