Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the www.palmasboutique.com website operated by Palmas Boutique.

Your access to and use of the www.palmasboutique.com web-site and services is conditioned by your acceptance of and compliance with following Terms of Service.

By accessing www.palmasboutique.com web-site and using its services, you are agreeing to Terms of Service established for www.palmasboutique.com.

 

Payment

Payments for products purchased via www.palmasboutique.com online store are available via Cash On Delivery method through PostExpress (Serbia) or via PayPal (rest of the world).

 

Serbia

Shipping services are provided by PostExpress, official delivery service of the Post of Serbia. Shipping is available for the entire Serbian region.

Standard delivery is Delivery by 19:00. There is also an express delivery option for deliveries by 12:00, in which case the customer is required to notify the sender (Palmas Boutique) by filling out the ‘order/delivery notes’ box in the Billing Details sections.

On the day of the delivery PostExpress should inform the Customer about details regarding the shipment (tracking code) and carrier contact information.

If the Customer is not available at the specified address at the time delivery is being made, the package will remain in the Post Office during next 5 business days. Report regarding the package details should be left in the mailbox, if not the Customer will be able to claim the package using the previously received tracking code. If not claimed after 5 business days the package will be shipped back to the sender (Palmas Boutique). The sender is then obligated to pay the following fees: original delivery fee, as well as the return fee.

Delivery recipient will be able to follow the shipment via Track and Trace method using the tracking code provided by sender (Palmas Boutique) upon shipping. For tracking, please follow the link.

Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped and delivered within two business days. Orders placed on national holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding national holidays). A shipment  e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provide once the order ships.

Possible delays in transportation of the shipment as well as public holidays are not included in the delivery period. We are not to be held accountable for any unexpected delays.

 

Delivery costs

The costs of delivery using the service of PostExpresss shall be borne by the Customer. Delivery costs vary depending on the shipping option chosen by the Customer and the weight of the package being shipped. For further details regarding the costs, please follow the link.

 

International Method

Payments are made through PayPal upon placing the order. Payments include the price of the ordered goods as well as the delivery fee which is at the cost of the customer. No goods shall be supplied without payment.

In case the shipped goods are not claimed, they will be returned to the sender (Palmas Boutique).The sender is then obligated to carrie the expenses of returning the package.

In case of re-sending the package, Palmas Boutique is allowed to charge the customer for the return fee in addition to delivery costs of the shipment being resent. If it’s proven that failed delivery was at fault of the sender, the sender will carry all of the coats mentioned above.

Palmas Boutique aims to dispatch goods within the shortest delivery period. Delivery period is determined by the correct shipping zone.

Shipping Zone I:
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia
Expected elivery period is 3-5 business days.

Shipping Zone II:
Rest of the Europe
Expected delivery period is 3-7 business days.

Shipping Zone III:
Rest of the World
Expected delivery period is 7-21 business days.

Delivery costs

The costs of delivery using the service of The Post of Serbia shall be borne by the Customer. They are determined by the the weight of the products ordered and will be displayed during check-out. Delivery costs may vary based on the shipping zone.

For international orders, you will be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they might be.

 

Claims

Claims arising from damage delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to The company within 7 working days of delivery. The company shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made here under, and the customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by the company promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to the company for examination.

 

Liability

If the customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, the company will allow the customer credit for their invoice value. 

In no circumstances shall the liability of the company to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.

 

Returns

Return request must be received within 7 days from the date that merchandise was received.

Returned merchandise should include the original packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags still attached.

Once we receive the return package, with the item(s) in original condition and the original tags attached, your web credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
